- For goods of other categories, we only offer Replacement & Refund service
- Repair service mainly contains components replacement and firmware refreshed and service people will inform you the related espense of the repairing if necessary
- Return shipping fee responsibility and shipping way please refer to our Return Policy
- Repair time normally takes 7-15 business days, but it may be longer if the components are not in stock in ES warehouse.
